Application Review & Pre-Inspection
The following are requirements that must be indicated on your application in order to be approved for the program.
You have attached/emailed 2 photos of the existing landscape in the proposed project area.
The converted area will use low volume irrigation (drip, bubblers or hand-watering).
Any hardscape in the converted area is permeable.
Upon submission, you will be redirected to schedule a pre-inspection appointment.

Be sure to follow all steps, and read the fine print.
For example: Application isn't approved until the pre-inspection occurs and will be denied if lawn replacement work has already taken place. YIKES!!
When you get to the plant list and area calculation and scaled sketch THAT is where we come in with a design to bring your dream garden to life. We will draw out the plan using the plant list and area guide you will need to submit for refund.
We will come out and discuss your vision and come up with design that will not only be beautiful, drought tolerant and deer resistant, it will be a place of rest and enjoyment for years to come everytime you walk outside.
We will set you up for success, no matter how poor your soil is, there are plants that love poor soil. Yearly additions of compost and mulch will provide the needed nourishment that will soon produce an eye turning garden.
We will guide you through all the steps you can do for yourself and when you need assistance our crew can come out and assist. We can help dig out paths, lay rock or mulch, and install drip systems.
This leaves the majority of your funds to pay for materials and plants. Friends and family can also contribute with labor, starts and cuttings to get your garden going if they are on the plant list.
